技巧1:日晒时间不用太长。专家认为,在四肢皮肤暴露的情况下,每周进行2~3次日晒,每次约10~30分钟,基本就足以让身体合成所需的维生素D。
技巧2:注意日晒部位。日晒时,建议露出手臂、腿部或背部,注意保护脸部,脸是日晒损伤和老化最显著的部位。
